Download the CSV upload template

Request

Purpose

Downloads the combined CSV template for POST /journal-entries (multipart). Row 1 holds the header column titles; fill row 2 with the header values, keep the blank line, then add one row per line under the line column titles. Column titles are matched case-insensitively ignoring spaces and punctuation; both friendly titles (for example Account Code, Debit) and legacy codes (for example DR_SEGMENTS, AMOUNT) are accepted. Reference columns show your tenant's labels; rename them to Reference1 ... Reference15 before uploading.

When to use

  • Before preparing a CSV upload: get the exact column layout expected by POST /journal-entries (multipart).
