Retry waterfall generation

Request

Purpose

Re-triggers waterfall (schedule) generation for a journal entry whose waterfallStatus is ERROR. Returns the new status, normally IN PROGRESS.

When to use

Waterfall generation ended in ERROR (for example after a temporary issue) and you want to run it again without editing the entry.
