Delink subscriptions from a revenue contract

Request

Purpose

Removes all lines of the given subscriptions from the contract.

When to use

A subscription must be accounted for separately.

Behavior notes

The contract version is checked with optimistic locking. The revenue engine validates that the contract and the referenced objects are eligible.
